Horn Pep Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established in October of 1989 (the previous name was Shine Warm Enterprise Co., Ltd.). We were dealing with a number of Japanese pneumatic tools companies, Sharpe the Spray Gun, and Hutchins the Sanders of USA. The excellent products gave us technical knowledge and ideas.

Our General Manager, Mr. Sunny Tsai had been working in an electronic tools company and a hardware company for more than eight years when he decided to establish Horn Pep Enterprise Co., Ltd.
He obtained much valuable experience while working in these two companies, and he became very interested in spray guns and pneumatic tools. As a result, he joined a well-known trade company that was the agent of some Japanese Pneumatic Tools companies and was there for more than three years during this time he was fortunate to receive Japanese style training in repair maintenance, know how, and the knowledge of pneumatic tools.

We often heard complaints about defective products, questionable quality, lack of durability, etc., from our customers when we introduced “Made in Taiwan” pneumatic products into our domestic market in 1995. Accordingly, we made it a priority to rectify these problems. We are happy to report that after years of hard work by Horn Pep's dedicated staffs, our customers are now overwhelmingly positive about our products.

Our company's guiding principles continue to be “Excellent Quality Products” and “Promoting the Best Service.” We have no doubt that “Horn Pep” will be a leader in spray guns and pneumatics tools in the future.
